I’m trying to find someone who is a bit of a boss at social media on LinkedIn, to help us create quality content.
I’m from a business called Diagnostax, and we’re all about ensuring tax advice gets through to those who most need it - SMEs, business owners and their families. We do this by developing best in class sales, marketing & business development tools for tax advice. Our target customers are Accountants, I’ve attached Persona profiles, so you can get a feel for who they are. They’re not just an accountant, they’ve got that edge about them, an entrepreneurial drive. In fact they’re business owners first & foremost.
Social Media Strategy
So, we have a pretty clear strategy that works for us but we like I say we need support with the output. We’re currently using the following platforms:
- LinkedIn (& stories) - Twitter - Instagram (& stories) - Tik Tok (very much beginners)
I’d say LinkedIn is our core platform but we seeing more & more of our target audience on Twitter, Instagram….and even popping up on TikTok.
We push content out through three different profiles, these are basically the people that we want to represent us, and then of course the company pages.

We have a loose plan for posting & we outsource this task already to VA, but we know we want to get to a point where we are achieving the below weekly posts:

Twitter 5 x company tweets per week 5 x Gwil tweets per week 5 x Tim tweets per week

Tik Tok 1 x company post per week 1 x Gwil post per week
I’d say we have three pretty clear post types:
- Value - Personal - Brand
We like to try and inject a bit of humour where it fits, and try to step outside our comfort zone, and be a bit different….but most of all we just want to be ourselves. Not try to too hard.
Where we need help…..
We produce new content all the time, and we’re pretty good at coming up with stuff that we think could be post, it’s just having the capacity to produce new content & be super creative with it.
I’ve had a go at putting down where I think we need some creative help……
VALUE POSTS = For the foreseeable, we think we are best creating the value posts internally. Tax is a bit of a niche subject, but I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this.
PERSONAL/BRAND POSTS = This will be where the founders share (or anyone in the business) “this has happened this week” stuff. We imagine, sending through a video, image, snippet about what has happened & then this can be turned into a person brand type post for all the different platforms. We’d be led by you, with what works but we think we could really work with someone in this area.
BUILDING A BANK = When we post content on LinkedIn, we know we simply want to say what it is and then say something insightful in the post that’s our opinion. However, we struggle to achieve this at the moment with Twitter & Instagram. We’d like to give you access to all our existing blogs, videos, infographics and ask you put together a tweet and insta post for every piece until we have 52 posts to get us through a year. We can then use those posts to adapt them for LinkedIn.
POSTING = Like I say, we do have a VA who currently does this but if it is something you think you could take on, I’d be interested to know more
I know I’ve provided LOADS of info there but ultimately we’re trying to free up our time, and get a bank of quality content to feed into our posting strategy.
