Expected duration: More than 6 months • Providing administrative support to small team • Organising and maintaining office filing system • Keeping Xero reconciliations up to date • Ensuring company and supplier bills are paid on time • Overseeing directors expense account • Co-ordinating accounting information and maintaining a compliance schedule • Responding to email queries and supporting credit control • Scheduling director and team meetings • Overseeing petty cash and monthly budget • Verifying supplier invoices and payroll for accuracy • Being point of contact for external accountants
Requirements:
• Recent experience of working in a Bookkeeping or Accounts/Finance-based role • An accounting or bookkeeping qualification • MUST be UK-based • Experience with VAT and Payroll support • Previous experience supporting Company House & HMRC queries • Strong Excel skills • A professional and friendly manner • Excellent verbal and writing skill • Experience working with accounting software such as Xero • Strong verbal and written English skills required • Recent references
Remuneration: £112.50/day (Rate increases after 3 months)
