Hello there prospective freelancer we are John Medina Buys Houses a fast growing real estate company based in San Pedro, California. We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable and responsive Virtual Assistant for ongoing SEO, blog and social media work.
This position will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy and Core Values. This position requires an attention to detail, a high attitude for organization, accountability and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self starters, who can oversee and manage projects successfully with very little or no direction and produce maximum results.
You will be working with an Investor Carrot website (similar to Wordpress) within the real estate space as well as a 3rd party SEO program that is integrated with our carrot website.
Must be proficient in English, technology, have reliable internet connection and ability to learn new skills and platforms.
We are looking for our future Virtual Assistant to be willing to do:
Willing to learn new SEO programs and implement them with ease.
Create content calendar for posting across all social media platforms
Facebook
Instagram
Youtube
Social Media posting, research, and planning
Creating and scheduling daily posts (Later.com)
Proficient in Canva and image creation to help create Facebook posts
Understand and have experience utilizing Instagram hashtags
Work with Google Suite
SEO
On-Page
Optimize web pages with On-page SEO
Create and edit quality, SEO-ready blog posts pertaining to keyword topics
able to deliver posts quickly while retaining quality and SEO best practices. They should also be able to research topics thoroughly enough to ensure each post is accurate.
Add descriptions and transcribe Youtube videos
