JOB DESCRIPTION
• Implement Social Media strategy with timely posting on a range of social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram • Propose new ideas and concepts for various social media platforms • Write blog posts, captions, descriptions and other written content • Create and/or editing dynamic written, graphic and video content • Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction • Analyse and report on social analytics • Set up, monitor and analyse paid social campaigns • Design and create newsletter campaigns and analyse results • Proactively pitch product and features to media publication in line with communications strategy and key messaging • Outreach to key influencers and VIPs in line with company target list and strategy • Work to set project budgets and keep accurate records of expenses
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • 1-2 years of experience in PR, influencer outreach, content creation, social media and/or digital marketing (including any relevant internships) • Exceptionally organized and dependable • Meticulous attention-to-detail and proactive approach to work • Excellent time management skills • Team player with a professional and friendly attitude • Keen interest in the fashion, lifestyle and wellbeing industries • Excellent communication skills • Excellent copy writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar • Creative eye and understanding of photographic and retouching process • Comprehensive understanding of key software including Microsoft Office, Adobe including Photoshop and basic video editing skills • Experience using social platforms and software including Facebook Business Manager, Pixel, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc. • Up to date knowledge and interest in social and digital media trends • Resourceful and willing to learn
