My name is Thomas and I am a big fan of the now-discontinued AVP: The Hunt Begins boardgame. There is an active community around this game that is creating scenarios and custom 3D printable miniatures. I've been collecting them and want to add them to my games, but for this, would need to create custom rules.
This means, making card Templates for Marines, Predators, and Alien units. The published, Prodos, shared blank card templates in PDF format before discontinuing the game to encourage such works. However, the Templates are missing many elements such as texts, fonts, unit stats, and an emplacement for the unit's photo.
I only have a basic level on Photoshop and am a total beginner on Adobe Illustrator. I'd like your help to create 3 Templates (Marine unit, Alien unit, and Predator unit) so that I only have to input 5 things: the unit's photo into a specific layer, the unit's text. the unit's stats, the unit's close combat weapon icon+stats+texts, and the unit's ranged weapon icon+stats+texts. Please note that cards are double-sided, with special rules explained on the back which refer to the keywords on the front.
To help you, I can provide the PDF blank card templates and have attached examples of unit cards from all the factions so you can see what they look like and all the graphic & text elements required to make each.
I don't intend to profit from this, my only goal is to make game-compatible cards and share with a community of fans so the game can live on.
