Expected duration: less than 1 week We are having issues with Magento 1.9.2.4. A small percent of customers are getting 504 errors. These continue until cookies are cleared (in particular the frontend_cid cookie).

The file name in the logs varies.
We don't have exact steps to recreate the issue but it seems like it could be related to having items in the cart and/or switching stores.
