Expected duration: 4-6 weeks We are a small creative team looking to work with an experienced Wordpress designer who has excellent knowledge of WooCommerce, CSS, JQuery, & HTML to design and build a solid commerce platform.
The Brief Create a mobile first, user-centric website for an award winning Uk tech accessories and device repairs store group.
The website will: Integrate Repair Desk EPOS functions Support online repair bookings Sell 2nd hand / refurbished devices Develop relationships & loyalty Educate the public and establish thought leadership Integrate seamlessly with facebook / Pixel etc
A key deliverable of this project will be the integration of Repair Desk via WooCommerce. Repair Desk is a feature rich EPOS system for device repair stores. It will primarily sync with online repair bookings and device sales.
The project will consist of 4 phases: Planning / Design > Build > Test > Launch Estimated project timeline: 4-6 weeks Estimated freelance hours: 50 -150
Your Brief:
You will work with the creative team to design and implement a steam-lined, elegant Wordpress solution that provides the customer with a clear, well thought out, online touch point that exemplifies the brand's award wining service.
You will be able to take the technical lead, advise and problem solve. You will communicate directly with Repair Desk Support to ensure the best implementation of relevant features.
Working with the team you will understand, strategise and implement for user requirements now with an eye to the future. This includes all aspects of platform visibility, connectivity and usability.
You will be able to anticipate and add bespoke code where necessary.
You will have an excellent, demonstrable understanding of online commerce, website optimisation / onsite SEO and UX design.
You will be able to brief and work with the team on all aspects of your process.

Added skills a plus: Adobe Creative Suite / Squarespace
This project will require your input from the ground up - hosting / plug-ins etc...
