Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We have an AR Escape room tutorial level is being developed using Unity (C#) and AR Foundation. The tutorial is aiming to be blind/partially sighted accessible so the project presents some interesting challenges.
To speed up development we are looking to outsource some feature development.
The project involves introducing the user to the game and how to interact with it. Although this is an AR game all the development we will ask for your support with can be done in the unity editor.
What the project Involves: - Working with our Lead Developer build features missing in the tutorial in increasing complexity - Extensive c-sharp programming in unity - Game state management - Working with an existing code base - Working with github (creating pull requests and having them reviewed) - Regular communication with our developer through video calls and slack (so good English is a requirement)
What the project does NOT involve: - 3d modelling - Graphic design - AR development (Although this is a bonus if you have done it as we may ask for your support with it at a later stage)
To apply you should have strong c-sharp + Unity development skills and completed multiple unity projects. We expect to need about 50 hours of your time for this phase of development. However if this phase of the project is successful there will likely be more work in the future so we are looking for a long term partner.
Tasks are broken down by our lead developer so will be very well defined and small.

Interview Phases - Review of your answers to the pph questions we have selected - A short zoom interview (15-20 minutes) - An introduction to the project with out lead dev (paid at agreed rate) - An intial set of test tasks (paid at agreed rate)
