My client is looking to recruit bid writers (part-time) to join our highly successful work winning team, driving the PQQ and ITT process, producing exceptional qualitative submissions, bidding for Planned & Responsive Maintenance, Redecoration and Refurbishment Schemes in commercial and residential sectors.
Job Types: Permanent, salary + Commission
Hours: 10 - 15 hours weekly
Location: you'll be working remotely. Weekly report is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of allocated selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the various stages / portals of the procurement process • Planning, drafting, writing and coordinating responses to bids. Constructing relevant answers which clearly answer the client's requirements and portray the company in the best possible light. • Building internal and external relationships with individuals in order to create quality bids. • Would be asked to visit operational sites and other offices from time but this is not essential as you'll be working remotely. • Gathering information from other stakeholders and share information with the rest of the team, either through written reports or verbally, to record the visit. • Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst obtaining and sharing best practice with the team. • Undertaking research for the team to improve bid content. • Reviewing bid submissions for quality and accuracy
Requirements:
Basic bid writing experience advantage but not essential Social housing experience advantage but not essential Public sector experience (Ojeu) advantage but not essential (ABNE) Ability to ensure content is in-line with the brand tone of voice (ABNE) Experience of working in an agile digital delivery team (ABNE) Strong editing and proofreading skillset Reliable and trustworthy must.
