We currently have a dropshipping website (built on Prestashop) where our clients place orders to be sent directly to their customers.
We're in the process of improving this service to make the ordering process easier, and we require an app that our Shopify clients can use to submit orders directly from their Shopify store to our API endpoint.
The app will need to: Check the SKUs of the products on an order, and recognise the SKUs that are relevant to our products. Gather the name and shipping address of the recipient (including ISO country code). Offer a range of shipping options that our client can choose from. Submit the compiled information in XML format to our API endpoint via a POST request. Display the API response (e.g. order success or failure) Keep a log of responses which will display against the relevant order so that the client can keep track of which orders have been submitted.
The app should be embedded in the Shopify admin so that our clients don't need to visit an external website. Once complete, the app will be under our full control and hosted on our servers.
We have set the budget to £110 but this is negotiable depending on the amount of work involved.
