Require a fully custom website built. Preferably custom coded in HTML, CSS and javascript. However if you recommend PHP or Node JS or any other form I am open to suggestions. Same applies for the Backend, If you reccomend Larvel, Symfony, wordpress or whatever you reccomend I will take it into consideration. HOWEVER, The UI/ Front-end MUST WORK AS IN THE LINKS BELOW. IF NOT PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
To understand how the UI works, download link and open power-point. Enter slideshow mode. Proceed to use only your mouse and click different parts of the page. This should demonstrate the basic functionality.
