WORKING HOURS Full-time (40hrs/week) Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5PM EST
Job Description: *
Responsible for the development of the Shopify Plus platform, themes, liquid programming language and corresponding apps
*Contribute in the development of open source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences
*Knowledgeable in security / personal data protection principals and GPDR
*Developing testing plans and troubleshooting issues related to eCommerce issues
*Implement advanced debugging techniques and usage of browser developer tools
Job Requirements:
*Atleast 3 yrs expertise on Shopify and Shopify apps including Shopify template structure and language
*Understanding of conversion rate optimization for landing pages
*Ability to effectively perform high volume workloads with tight deadlines
*Shopify development experience, including building custom themes and features from scratch as well as modifications to existing elements
Expert HTML5, CSS/SCSS & JavaScript
*Deep understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions
*Ability to write clean, readable code and tests
Thorough understanding and experience with vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and modern JavaScript frameworks
