We are a B2B growing startup based in the UK, with mainly UK based customers. We are looking for someone who is both good with customers and tech savvy to help with -
1. Customer support (answering customer questions about the product and how to use it). You do not have to answer any sales related questions. 2. Troubleshooting customer issues they report via chat 3. creating tickets for issues reported and assigning them to the technical team 4. Testing the software to find issues and also testing when things are fixed so that you can report back to the customer the issue has been solved
The right person will have the following skills 1. Great customer service skills 2. Excellent written english 3. Very tech savvy 4. Access to fast internet, a windows or Mac computer, and an Iphone or Android phone 5. Be able to work UK hours minimum 4-6 hours per day
