We expect this role to grow within the business and be permanent. The emphasis is more on digital marketing rather than web development. Some basic HTML / css / JS skills are relevant for the effective functioning in the role.

Mission:
To create and market brilliant digital assets which generate at least 25 quality leads organically per month (in addition to Paid advertising) within 90 days. Establish the Business as the Go-To point for Independent Advice on all things Digital Transformation on the web and social media.
Key Outcomes:
> Deliver at least 25 quality leads through digital assets (website / social media) within 90 days
> Ensure the website ranks on Google within the top 3 for select Digital Transformation keywords
> Establish Haja as the go-to/trustable Thought leader on Digital Business Transformation
> Start and build a mailing list and reach 2,000 subscribers within 90 days
> Ensure continuous (at least weekly twice) content publication on Linkedin, medium, FB.
> Build up social media presence for business on Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook and other relevant channels. Build up a relevant & engaged audience.
> Build the digital assets required (website, social pages) within 30 days
> Leverage the Book "Build the Right Thing: How to build high-growth agile digital businesses customers love"; (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08235Q7KD) and blog parts of it to drive traffic and sales of the book. Achieve 1,000 copies sale within 100 days.
