We're looking for a marketing manager who can work remotely a few hours a week to create content for a new startup. Your main job is to come up with ideas for content. We have a group of trainees working with us and a marketing assistant who will deliver and report, so we're looking for a more senior person to develop a strategy and oversee the creation of the content, approve it, monitor and report the results. Responsibilities: Bring new ideas to create content for our social media, including videos, blog posts and general posts on Instagram, Youtube, Blog, Linkedin; Manage the digital channels to improve its “look and feel” so all social channels look attractive and generate more signups; Manage the creation and promotion of blog posts; (we have copywriters writing the content, so you need to guide on the keywords) Manage the process of creating content: liaise with graphic designer, video editor and (text) editor; Manage video creation from idea to release: come up with ideas for content, organise film shooting, send videos to editor, promote the video on social media; Use Google Analytics to track clicks and sign-ups; Liaise with Facebook Ads Specialist to track and report campaign running; Manage links and sign-ups, to report which email campaigns are working, monitor social media sign-ups; Manage email campaigns, track clicks, monitor sign-ups, report and suggest changes to improve campaign; Use content to continuously drive effectiveness, improvements and efficiencies through the end to end customer journey; Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new content on an on-going basis; Work with customers and internally to define and refine content requirements; Support innovation development and new digital revenue streams;
