I want a designer with a positive and patient attitude towards the project, customer orientated and not just money orientated. I am very honest, open and friendly and loyal to my designers. BRIEFING FOR THE LOGO AND BUSINESS BACKGROUND:
We have a furniture business which sells all types of furniture such as budget furniture, furniture for landlords and estate agents from budget range, medium range to high end furniture.
The shop has been around for 10 years under different management but we just purchased it recently and want to completely rebrand it and redesign it but retain the existing customers. We want to attract new and more customers from budget range to high end customers both offline and online. We have never sold online before and will start selling online through website and App very soon.
We want to be fresh, modern and contemporary company but also maintaining our old traditional customers. We need to appeal to younger customers, we want landlords and estate agents to choose our company over 6 other shops on the same street providing exactly the same furniture.
We want our branding to stand out in competition with online companies and local competition. The branding should meet our shop deco, the shop sign and all our marketing material.
Our goal is is to expand the business and register all local estate agents so that we can supply them with furniture for all their landlords and and the agents tenants.
Through marketing, we want to target each and every group of customers and our logo should represent that our service and quality.
Our main aim is to attract hundreds of estate agents, hotels, B&B’s as well as online and walking customers to our shop who are made up from different ethnic groups as majority of our customers are Asian at the moment.
