We are looking to develop a website and are separately working on the design. Once the design is ready we would like to commission a developer to produce a functional website from the design.
The business provides moving, storage and relocations services. Relocating families and individuals overseas to start new lives and seeking new opportunities in places such as Australia, New Zealand, US and Asia. The target audience would include multinational businesses and internationally mobile individuals and their families.
Through the site, we would offer basic services (transportation of household goods) and more complex services (housing assistance and school search).
The website should be relatively straightforward and will likely include:
Page 1 - home page incorporating an enquiry form, information/overview about who we are and what we do Page 2 - destination guides/information Page 3 - payment portal Page 4 - affinity partner links (providing support such as money, pension, transfers, pet relocations etc) Page 5 - news/blog
Any guidance on the ideal format of the website development (Joomla, WP etc.) would be most welcome. The structure of the site should be conducive to SEO and we would be happy to consider ongoing engagements to develop and improve the site's online visibility
Again note that we are outsourcing all design/aesthetic aspects to a third party presently and will be providing all the material text content.
Content will ultimately be similar to these. These are fairly straightforward, so we would be looking for designs that are modern, sleek, but engaging.
