We have a live wordpress website with a VPS price calculator. The calculator works with data in ACF and with live pricing data coming from WHMCS API:
We will replace this website with a new WP site that we already have designed. It has a fresh looking VPS price calculator with the same sliders and options but it is not connected to WHMCS API so it is using static pricing data:
The job is to make this new calculator dynamic so it will use live pricing information from WHMCS just like the old website does.
The old website uses a WP plugin that handles API connection between the two systems. You are free to use this plugin when you are doing your job.
The job includes inspecting the VPS calculators on both the old and the new websites to see what needs doing on the new website to replicate the same methods and functionality that the old website has.
The goal is to get the VPS calculator in the new website to work the same way (frontend and backend) as the old website work, the only difference is the new design layout.
