Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Sanctuary Graduates is currently looking to restructure and update our website for a better, more logical progression, modern aesthetic, and positive user experience. We’re looking for someone to design and build this new site, with a focus on driving revenue from clients and registrations from students.
Who we’re looking for:
Web designer with a creative eye for optimal solutions for best user experience while maintaining a logical progression throughout the site for SEO purposes with the ability to get this site built based on their wireframe.
Coding experience in order to link our site to our ATS - Taleo/Oracle (We currently use WordPress for our site)
Design capabilities - To understand, apply and improve upon our design and colour schemes.
The site needs to be divided into two: Directing users to either our Employers page; or our Students page.
Following this, clear and consistent calls to action need to be located throughout the site as appropriate to encourage Students to sign up to our database and give their data, while Employers should be encouraged to get in touch and buy about our services. We’re open minded about the best way to achieve this so would love to hear your ideas.
Functionality for Students page
This page needs to be a Sanctuary for students including pages with: hints and tips, jobs board, an employer directory to aid students in company research, personal profiles.
Pop ups need to be clear on the students page directing them to our Jobs Board and encouraging student/graduate sign ups so they can apply for roles/hear about others and get in contact if they have questions.
Linked to our ATS - Taleo/Oracle whereby students who sign up can see the status of their applications, what they’ve applied for, which copy of the CV is on our system etc. on their personal profiles.
Calls to action to navigate through blog, Jobs Board etc.
Employer directory needs to be built with the same template for each employer for us to input future employer data easily
Functionality for Employers page
This page needs to be a 1 stop shop for all our products: Brand Ambassadors; Department Access; Society Access; Bronze (fill any role); Volume end (fill your own roles); Candidate Care; Screening and Assessments; Delivering Diversity; Events
All services broken down into separate pages for a logical progression with calls to action to contact us to buy/find out more, and navigate through our other services and diversity work.
Pop up encouraging employers to get in contact about buying our services (We have had these services recently redesigned in PDFs).
An index of a company/employer directory in the form of microsites of clients templated so new microsites can be built easily as and when new clients come.
Visuals
We have colour schemes, but would like pastel versions for a more modern aesthetic
The site is too cluttered, so as per the functionality section, we would like it to be clearer, and divided more logically to allow for a better, clearer user experience.
Instagram, blog, Linkedin, and diversity work (our partnership with the SMF in particular) should be linked visually throughout the site as appropriate for clear progression across our channels.
