Expected duration: less than 1 week SMPTE is a standard that developed for synchronization of Timecodes. I wanted you to either rebuild from existing opensource library project or create a new library project. This library will be used in multi-OS applications (esp32, raspberry pi and windows c#)
The project is about creating an SMPTE time code from the current time fetched from GPS or from a given time. Then with the generated timecode using buffer systems, have to generate a newer ending live Manchester signal.
** NOTE: There are opensource libraries, which have almost 70-80% of the code, but missing some functionalities. You are free to use them as a reference or can build on it. If you need further details, I shall provide them later

The project that I found online that can generate manchester 2 biphase http://www.tateu.net/software/dl.php?f=LTC_Gen_cli
