-the website stands for a business brokerage portal where to post details of various companies available to buy and sell -the main website functionalities will be to allow visitors to search and view details of available transactions, traded companies, M&A opportunities, etc -the menus/submenus and website content will be customized according to our needs and it will contain both static and dynamic pages -the main modules to be designed and implemented would be: listing-managers (in the back-end), search modules and display-managers (in the front-end) -a guiding reference site will be provided upon request (merely as an indication of how our website needs to look and operate)
