This project is to create a Wordpress Plugin to host podcasts. It will need to be full featured. I can provide full specs and example plugins to reference.
High Level Features:
audio file upload (in post, select post type "podcast")
description
title
automatically generate podcast rss feed (compatible with itunes rss standards) - RSS file should like on s3 for resilience
add appropriate tags
add image to podcast show
add image to podcast episode
integrate web player for podcasts (allow for embedding on other sites)
Advanced Features:
Save files to S3
Ability to serve mp3s from a CDN in player and RSS feed
Full Metrics on file downloads from local and CDN (log parsing from Cloudfront, Bunny CDN, etc). Metrics will need to be broken down with graphs into individual categories, as well as aggregated across all episodes. Ability to download metrics to csv.
