We are actively recruiting for a Part-time Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the marketing and customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and office management duties and problem solving specific to the business for day to day operations to run smoothly. These duties can include filing, mailing, faxing, data entry, copying, etc.
- Develop analytical reports using Excel as required by management to track the efficiency and results of the organization
- Help build PowerPoint presentations as needed for management presentations
- Support the department manager with travel scheduling and calendar management
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least 6 months of Administrative Assistant experience
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- At least 20 WPM
- Ability to work in a fast-passed environment
- Organized and Autonomous
This is a part-time position (approximately 5-10 hours/week).
