What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a refined, highly aesthetic freelance graphic designer to support our growing brand. You’ll collaborate with our content team and founder to visually translate stories, products, campaigns, and culture into scroll-stopping assets that feel premium, soulful, and visually sharp.
Key Responsibilities: Design static content for social media (Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest)
Create digital flyers, event invites, story slides, and announcement posts
Develop lookbooks, mood boards, and brand templates (in Canva/Photoshop)
Design packaging or label mock-ups (based on guidance)
Support email marketing creatives (headers, layouts)
Occasionally help clean up or format documents into polished brand PDFs
Propose visual formats for new product drops, quotes, or collaborations
Use AI tools (if confident) to assist in generating backgrounds, textures, or layout ideas
Repurpose video screengrabs and reels into editorial-style posts or story sequences
Work with a consistent brand tone — heritage, soulful, modern, refined
Ideal Candidate: 5+ years experience in brand or fashion/lifestyle graphic design
Strong eye for color theory, typography, white space, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
Understanding of layout for both web and social media
Familiar with visual branding for premium fashion or beauty brands
Bonus if you have video or motion graphic editing experience
Great communicator — able to receive feedback and evolve designs
Open to light creative strategy conversations with the founder/marketing team
Ideally based in the UK or open to occasional meetings (if full-time opportunity arises)
