Project Description: I’m looking for a talented interior designer to create a cohesive, modern, and functional design for my villa. The space includes:
3 bedrooms
1 hall
1 kitchen
1 family room
1 dining area
1 study room
1 Powder room
2 bathroom
Requirements & Goals:
Design should optimize space, maintain a warm ambiance, and reflect a contemporary style.
Provide detailed layout plans, color schemes, furniture recommendations, and décor ideas.
Must stay within a budget of $2,000 for the overall design concept (excluding major construction).
Project turnaround time: 1–2 weeks.
What I’m Looking For:
An experienced interior designer with a strong portfolio of similar residential projects.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and deliver concepts on time.
Creative use of materials and design solutions that elevate each room’s look and feel.
