A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the website architectures involved is essential to complete this project efficiently and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Sample designs or prototypes are not needed, as the focus is on core functionality instead of graphical polish. Once installed, the players must be fully operational without requiring ongoing technical support. A high-level demonstration of similar work would help in the bidding and evaluation process.
