I am looking for an experienced WordPress Developer on a freelance basis to work with us long term on various web and automation projects.
You will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites. Your expertise will help us deliver tailored, responsive, and user-friendly solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. - Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO. - Collaborate with designers and other team members to complete web, marketing and automation projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. - Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed. - Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required). - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. - Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles. - Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery). - An eye for design and attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with a friendly team. - Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce). - Familiarity with UX/UI principles. - Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva). - Understanding of SEO best practices.
