I am seeking an animator to design and illustrate a new nursery rhyme cartoon series for YouTube. The series will feature classic nursery rhymes from non-English speaking cultures reimagined as short animated episodes. As the creator, I have conceptualized unique characters and storylines to bring beloved international children's verses to life in a visually engaging and culturally sensitive manner.
The goal of this project is to expose young viewers to nursery rhymes from diverse global traditions. Each two to three minute episode will adapt the lyrics of a different rhyme into an animated narrative featuring colorful settings and characters. Musical elements from the original verses may also be incorporated into the audio. Strong illustration skills are required to bring the envisioned worlds and personalities of the rhyme to the screen. Some episodes may depict traditional cultural details to authentically represent the source material.
This is an opportunity to lend your creative talents to an edutainment project celebrating international children's folklore. As the animator, you will work closely with me to refine designs and storyboards that faithfully interpret the spirit of the selected nursery rhymes. The fun, culturally rich end product aims to expose young global audiences to delightful verses from languages other than English.
