Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks This project involves designing and developing a new website to handle flight delay and cancellation claims. The site must feature automated functions to retrieve flight details and airport information in real-time based on user inputs, similar to sites like https://www.airhelp.com/en-gb/ and https://www.flightright.co.uk. The front-end interface should provide an intuitive user experience to guide clients through the claims process and a plug-in that allows the site to switch between European languages, simplicity is essential. Integration of API’s is needed for real-time flight data, to fetch previous flight informations including delays and cancellations and to check if compensation is eligible through airline policies and EC regulation 261/2004.
The website will only need to capture the client details up until the point where they click the submit button from there it will API all client data into pipe drive which is the CRM that we use and then all tracking and management processes will be completed using pipe drive. So in essence it's the website design which needs to be mobile friendly and the API implementation are the main processes that we need completed by yourself.
