Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with a one-off data entry task. Key Responsibilities: - Review event details from our existing data sources. - Accurately input the event information, such as names, dates, descriptions, and other relevant details, into our internal system. - Ensure all data entered is complete, accurate, and formatted according to provided guidelines. - Perform quality checks on data for accuracy and consistency. - Communicate any challenges or discrepancies to the project manager.
Qualifications: - Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is an advantage but not essential. - Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable working with online platforms. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Additional Information: - This is a remote, freelance/part-time position with flexible hours. - The project is a one-off task, with the potential for more work based on performance. - Training and guidance on using the internal system will be provided. - Payment will be based on the number of entries completed or an agreed hourly rate.
