The "School and Council Engagement Specialist" project is aimed at driving the growth of USDD Networks' kids’ street dance and youth theatre programs by building strong partnerships with local schools and community organisations. The freelancer will focus on establishing relationships with schools to promote USDD classes through newsletters, after-school club initiatives, and direct parent engagement. The ultimate goal is to fill existing kids' classes and expand the reach of USDD's offerings. In addition, the freelancer will work to secure a strategic partnership with Barnet Council to deliver after-school clubs and community programs, creating sustainable revenue streams and expanding USDD’s presence in the local community.
Key Objectives: School Outreach: Partner with schools in the target areas (e.g., Gillingham, Maidstone, and London) to promote USDD classes and establish after-school programs. Barnet Council Partnership: Develop a proposal for Barnet Council to collaborate on after-school clubs and community initiatives to support youth engagement and dance education. Class Enrolment: Increase enrolment in USDD kids' classes by 80% through successful outreach and school partnerships. Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates on outreach efforts, meetings with schools, and partnership development.
