The ultimate goal is to fill existing kids' classes and expand the reach of USDD's offerings. In addition, the freelancer will work to secure a strategic partnership with Barnet Council to deliver after-school clubs and community programs, creating sustainable revenue streams and expanding USDD’s presence in the local community.
Key Objectives: School Outreach: Partner with schools in the target areas (e.g., Gillingham, Maidstone, and London) to promote USDD classes and establish after-school programs. Barnet Council Partnership: Develop a proposal for Barnet Council to collaborate on after-school clubs and community initiatives to support youth engagement and dance education. Class Enrolment: Increase enrolment in USDD kids' classes by 80% through successful outreach and school partnerships. Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates on outreach efforts, meetings with schools, and partnership development.
