The model should showcase the layout, accessibility, and spatial organization in a visually realistic way. Deliverables include interactive elements (walkthroughs or flythroughs) and static renderings.
Scope and Deliverables:
Model Creation: Convert the 2D floor plan into a detailed 3D model with accurate dimensions, including plot size (467' x 512'), three warehouse units (~43,350 sq ft each), setbacks, and access points like roads and pathways.
Exterior Detailing: Model external structures, including building facades, loading bays, docks, doors, and windows, with realistic textures (concrete, steel, asphalt). Include all setbacks and pathways.
Environment: Design basic surroundings such as roads, curbs, and landscaping, ensuring accurate site orientation based on the plan's North direction.
Presentation Output: Provide rendered images from various angles, including top-down and eye-level views, as well as an interactive walkthrough or flythrough video.
File Export: Deliver the final model in formats suitable for both static renderings and interactive presentations, along with high-resolution images and a video (.MP4/.MOV).
