Emphasis should be placed on maintaining consistency in appearance, formatting and question order to ensure the new digital version closely mirrors that of the paper survey. Additional layout features like section breaks or logic may be utilized if deemed to improve the user experience when completing the form online. Once completed, the freelancer will share the final Google Form link with me for review and subsequent distribution to intended participants. Attention to detail and accuracy when transposing the questions from paper to the online interface will be important. The new Google Form version should function identically to the paper survey it is replacing in order to efficiently continue my ongoing exercise screening process in a digital format.
