The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (SFMC), will be responsible for designing, building, improving, and maintaining Modern Vascular’s B2B and B2C communications. The work environment is fast paced, challenging, and results oriented; we get things done (and have fun doing it)! The right candidate will bring extensive Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills, be highly organized and on time with projects, and constantly be looking for ways to improve our current programs and increase our department accountability by using advanced Salesforce tools.
Duties and responsibilities:
Build customized patient journeys in marketing cloud through combined expertise in database management and data extensions linking our patient files and Marketing Cloud. Build interface between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud using Salesforce data extensions that allows for both automated and custom template communications between our company and our referring doctors. Optimize our use of Salesforce reports and automations to position Salesforce as the company’s primary CRM and increase our ability to monitor and optimize KPIs. Must work closely with and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders, vendors and employees. This position works closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Analytic team members.
