The Word and Excel attachments include examples of what the completed files should look like.
The results for the first file should be sent to me to check the formatting before the remaining 7 pdf files are copied.
• Ignore numbers in the left margins of questions in the Reading section. • Include the text at the beginning of each passage that says which questions the passage pertains to • Passages in Reading and in Writing and Language sections should be copied to Word files. Charts, graphs, and diagrams should be copied as .png files. Questions and Answers should be copied to Excel files. All copies should indicate which Practice Test and which section (Reading, Writing and Language, or Math) the copy is a part of. • For Writing and Language passages, numbers must be added manually, if necessary, and should be in bold, red font that is one size larger than the rest of the text. • Each question should be in its own field and each answer choice should be in its own field. • Indentations should be added as shown in the original passage • For math questions and answers, special characters must be added or moved to accurately copy the question • Fractions should be copied such that the numerator is enclosed in parentheses, followed by a “/” followed by the denominator enclosed in parentheses • Graphics should be copied as .png files and numbered such that they can be shown with the relevant passages or math questions
