I need a developer who has advanced knowledge and experience of using Wordpress and web crawlers to develop a software (plugin) for me to crawl the DVSA website in the UK and book driving tests. I want this software to be the backend of a website that users input information such as their driving licence numbers and test booking reference numbers desired test date and centres. The crawler then will use thes inputs and automate the process. I want to be able through the plugin to oversee the process and know which one has been completed, which one failed and which is still pending. The crawler should loop through the DVSA website every five minutes and book automatically or upon receiving input from the user within a maximum time of 15 minutes.
The DVSA website is https://driverpracticaltest.dvsa.gov.uk/login, it usually has captua, so the developed should be able to sort it out. The website from time to time updates to stop bots from looping through it, so I will sign a long term contract with the successful applicant to maintain the software and fixes bugs. It is also very likely that I will need an android/ios application of the website.
I also want the user to find tests for as many users as could be at the same time without crashing.
I have detailed the whole process in a flow chart in the attached document.
Please only people with experience in such jobs apply as this project is "no fully functioning completion, no payment" basis.
