Expected duration: Ongoing We require an experienced and well qualified developer to help us create a bespoke in-house CMS for our UK based facilities management company (we specialise in security and cleaning services to other businesses).
The ultimate vision is to have our own in-house system that will manage our staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, invoicing, timesheets and HR. We wish to build the CMS in steps the first step we will call 1.0.
1.0 - build a simple CMS which will be a database of our staff and sub-contractors. It will hold their contact details, training qualifications and we will be able to store files for our staff such as training certificates, employment contracts etc. The system will also be able to notify us if a staff member/sub-contractors qualifications are nearing expiry so we can prompt them for updated training. This phase will also need to include the design of the CMS.
