Description:	Hello, I want to develop a web application and mobile version also based on Ruby on Rails or Node.js with a PostgreSQL database on the back end and React together with Redux or Next.js on the front end. The web application is a Pinterest like website focused on art and artists. For the moment I'll not use AWS or any other cloud provider for image delivering. App features: - Optimize masonry vertical grid masonry for high speed loading - Add image optimization ( webp support ) - Image lazy loading - SEO - React PWA - Progressive Web App - Hi Score on google pagespeed insights and Lighthouse - Live search for images and artists - Add user comments. - Light / Dark theme - Image scrapping from remote URL to be saved on default or other collections. - Add simple Admin interface - Add collections ( boards ) and save images to it. - Drag and drop multi file uploads with Dropzone.js - Limit user upload to a quota file number - Login with Facebook/Twitter/Google For more info I can provide Figma full design link and complete doc.
