You will begin by managing our customer service team, however you will later be required to undertake tasks from all other areas of the business, as well as assisting myself, the director in growing our company. As new tasks become available, I will teach you how to complete these as efficiently as possible, before you will be expected to delegate these tasks to our virtual assistants, who you will eventually be managing.
Key tasks involved with this role will be: • Resolving customer queries - late/missing deliveries etc • Finding identical or very similar replacement products on Amazon/eBay when initial customer orders are out of stock • Being aware of and ensuring all areas of the business are running smoothly • Liaising with the company director daily via WhatsApp
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate an abundance of common sense, quick thinking, and initiative to make decisions, without needing to ask for help. You must be extremely computer literate and be able to navigate between different applications and browser tabs quickly. Lastly, you must also be comfortable managing a team of people who you will be expected to pass down your knowledge to.
