Expected duration: Not sure I am looking for a Freelancer who would like to take on a salesforce project.
We want to revamp Salesforce and start using it the way we should have set it up years ago – using Price Books and Products additionally set up some automation work and update to salesforce lighting.
One error we did (as it wasn’t initially set up correctly), was to set up the actual product brought by our customers by entering fields on the actual opportunity page instead of attaching products to the opportunity.
We need to look at the following Developments (see more detail below)
1. Set up Products & Price book availability template for golf clubs (so we can copy and set up for each club) 2. Ability to pull reports on what’s spaces are available and taken for a specific golf club (not sure if possible). 3. Set up Automation emails from processing the order to triggers for admin processes complete to keep customer up to date 4. Set up Integrations. a. An Electronic Signatures software (i.e., Docsign – we haven’t chosen yet the product) b. QuickBooks our account system c. Facebook advertising to create us leads in salesforce. d. Linked In – sales navigator. e. Link to some SMS Messenger
5. Update our salesforce to Lighting. 6. Set up an Order form in salesforce. 7. We are open to any ideas or additional recommended apps on how to improve salesforce to fit our business, help automate processes and increase sales.

These will explain our requirements in more detail, and to help understand more about our business set up the excel sheets labelled availability will be helpful to you too.
We are aware that we don’t tap into all the useful features of salesforce and we are open to ideas on how to set up our system, tap into features and different apps to help our processes and increase sales. If you have any ideas, we would be welcome to the suggestions.

At this stage, I would like an estimate price (ideally broken down for each section). I appreciate that you may want to have a discussion on this matter further, however my first ‘point of call’ is to get an estimate of the work and why I should choose you and your experience in salesforce.
I will not have a zoom meeting with anyone who cannot give us some guidance on price or idea on suggested hours this work would take to complete. So please provide based on the knowledge given from this documents and videos, however happy to answer any questions or queries.

We will be selecting only 3 or 4 proposals, to then discuss matters further by a zoom meeting. At that stage we would then go through our structure and requirements in more detail and effectively you can provide a health check on our set up and come back with suggested ideas or changes to our requirements. We appreciate that the cost may change after these ‘one to one’ meetings and with that a new estimate may be drawn up depending on the changes agreed.
