You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. And, create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
Job Scope:
Website: Managing website CMS; optimising SEO; ensuring content is up to date and displays a consistent tone of voice; Create and manage link building strategies.
Content: Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of our brand; Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
Social Media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across social media platforms in order to expand our social media audience base.
Digital Advertising: Coordinating Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC), online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimise performance; Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimise results.
Brand Guidelines: Implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
Reporting: Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate.
Other: Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Experience and knowledge of software/ technology applications, forex trading and/or financial services industry is essential. Demonstrable past experience in working with the aforementioned industries.
Marketing: Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing and email marketing.
Copywriting: Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts.
Analytical and reporting: Experience in using major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
Content creation and editing: Ability to create content across video, audio and image on software applications.
Web development: Strong knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and SEO
Project management: Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
