Description:	Hi, I am looking for someone to make me a personal blogging website to a high standard. To make it easy and rather than spend time on a new design and have lots of back and forth with no detail, I want to make an exact replica of https://www.gatesnotes.com This means: I want to have the same design layout The same Fonts The same Sign up process The same Social media connections The same Contact page The same ability to add pictures, articles, videos, quotes, links, The same log in/sign up process The same comment section The ability to stop bots sending messages to me and spam messages A good SEO tool on the site An easy to use CMS to add articles, videos, pictures The ability to add different blog sections The same colours. The site must work on desktops and be adaptable for different screen sizes The size must work on tablets The site must be mobile optimised and work on mobiles elegantly and easily as this will be the most used format. I don't have time to spec a new site and I just want to be able to start blogging and this would be much easier to give as a job and deliverable as you just have to make it the same and that would be the deliverable. If there is anything missing we have something to go back to and discuss otherwise it is very straight forward. The site must have great SEO plug ins, sign up user management, ability to send emails to my sign up list when i write a new blog post or if i want to send customers emails. I would like people signing up to be able to choose what topics they are interested in as that would be helpful. I really don't want bots sending spam messages as this happened a lot on my last blog site and wasted a lot of time.
