We need a freelancer/company that will develop us a unique website (frontend/backend) that will be used as a market of real eastate advertisements. It means, that basicly registered user (email, socials) will be able to add an advertisement about property that he/she is selling/renting/searching. Other users will be able to browse/search advertisements and contact the seller. We have no special requirements about system base (wordpress, drupal or any other...). Our requirements: - Perfect design, optimised for mobile phones also - profiles - created by email or socials (Google&FB only), - profiles contain data - business name, logo, adress, contacts, socials, www, id numbers - only registered profiles Can create adds - adds contain photos, texts, videos, like in every other real estate website, - most common features od properties should be designed as icons, for example price, number od bedrooms, pool, ac, etc - All adds will be able to add by sellers for free and immediately, - better position of adds in lists od adds can be prepaid - Higher position for selected tíme period- some payment gateway should be added, PayPal, Stripe... - properties search - search in a list of properties and on the map, and in a list of towns/villages, based on a type od property, price, and other parameters - more less expensive properties / recommended properties / other properties/.... view - adsense integration - Slovak and english localisation - the website will be published in Slovak republic. The map view and listings should be optimised for map of slovakia... - chat - registered users can directly chat with advertiser inside the system, - price history of the property - in a graph - bank loan offers module - more offers of the advertiser - statistics- all ads should have statistics like how many users have seen the add in a time period, and other relevant statistics that you can set... Basic statistics will be visible for all users, detailed stats only for owners of the adds.
