We have a facebook ad account which currently doesn't have the history to access live chat support.
Our ads get automatically flagged as being in contravention of facebook policy, however when messaging with the live chat they will be manually reviewed and get approved. Our current ad account does not have this live chat support. We need somebody with a facebook business manager account with enough history to have access to live chat support. We will add you as an admin of our ad account and you will be required to message facebook when our ads get rejected to explain the narrative of our business and request the ad be sent to manual review.
Note - it is ESSENTIAL you have access to live chat support for this as our business manager account currently is not seasoned enough to do this. Please confirm this in your proposal.
