I have regular work for landing pages. Designs are usually always done in either PSD or SKETCH.
A typical landing page would be a design style that is like this: - https://skookum.com/ -http://www.bodysculptor.in/ - https://surprise.io/ These are the design of designs I do and style of coding I want done to bring to life.
The style of coding I need someone who can take a design, understand it and make it responsive and follow the guidelines of the design clearly. Pixel perfect coding work.
For every job I always make a brief on google documents where I list any information you need and make it very easy so you don't have to ask me any more questions and I can leave you alone to work.
I need someone that can just take a brief, go away and do the work.
Please English speaking and understanding has to be very strong.
I've used 5 developers over last 5-6 jobs posted on this site for similar work and everyone always says yes and it's really incredible how many people that say yes but when you hire them, they don't read briefs, they ask questions to me which are all already in the brief sent to them and then when they do the job, really easy work and understanding of design they just don't do it correctly and a simple job that should be 1 day of work takes a whole week because of these type of things.
So I really need someone that is good at HTML/CSS and smart and knows what to do. Please don't apply if you don't like my way of work or direct approach.
I do not want any teams from India please. I only want individual freelancers that know their job and like what they do.
